John Reaves

John Reaves name is synonymous with results. As a former CPA and comptroller for EWM, he managed the company's financial operations and commissions for over 800 agents before the company merged with HomeServices. After playing an integral part in post-merger operations he set out on his own to create Elite Properties of Miami which was later merged with ONE Sotheby's International Realty. 

John's knowledge and business acumen help clients ascertain real value and appreciation in the luxury residential market -- as well as investment and commercial properties. His impressive reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients' interests makes him well respected by other real estate professionals as well as his broker colleagues.  His X-Factor is his astute negotiation skills coupled with his cutting-edge marketing strategies. John credits his success to having high ethical standards, practicing discretion for each deal and his 20+ years of knowledge of operating in the South Florida real estate market. 

When not assisting clients, John can be found on the golf course. As an avid golfer, John has won championships at Riviera Country Club, where he is an active member, La Gorce Country Club and Doral Golf Resort. He has played many of the Top 100 courses in the US and is a proud alumni of the University of Florida.
